Who operates the service
Safelist.Gold is operated by Ian Cormier. These terms cover use of safelist.gold, its member advertising tools, purchases, and referral features. By registering or purchasing, you agree to these Terms, the Advertising Policy, and the applicable purchase disclosures. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Provide accurate account information, keep your login secure, and use only accounts you are authorized to control. Email verification is required for member features. Do not create duplicate accounts to evade limits or obtain referral rewards. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
What you purchase
We provide digital email campaign tools and member-area advertising placements. Free membership is available without a purchase or referral requirement. Gold, Gold Plus, and VIP Blast are optional one-time membership upgrades. Advertising packages are separate purchases unless expressly included as an allowance. An allowance is a finite quantity, not an unlimited or recurring grant.
Prices, upgrades, and payment
Prices are in United States dollars (USD). The standard total membership prices are Gold $7, Gold Plus $17, and VIP Blast $37. A later membership upgrade charges the difference between membership values, less eligible approved wallet credit applied at checkout. The final checkout states the amount due and any applicable tax before payment. These are one-time purchases with no recurring membership charge. Do not submit a second payment if confirmation is delayed; contact support with the payment reference.
Digital delivery and lifetime access
Membership benefits are delivered to the purchasing account after successful payment has been verified. Verification normally takes seconds, but authentication, provider delays, or a payment requiring review can delay activation. No physical goods are shipped. Lifetime means the operational lifetime of the Safelist.Gold membership service while your account remains in good standing; it is not a promise that the service will operate forever. Paid membership has no scheduled renewal fee. Advertising delivery is separate from account activation.
Campaigns and advertising delivery
Campaign submission intervals, saved-campaign limits, mailing credits, advertising formats, and purchased view quantities are shown in the member area and purchase description. A shorter interval permits earlier submission; it does not guarantee delivery at that time. Campaigns are subject to content review, available inventory, recipient consent, suppression records, scheduling, and capacity. A recorded delivery or view does not promise a unique person, attention, a click, an inbox placement, a lead, a sale, or income.
Credits and referral features
Mailing credits, format-specific advertising views, restricted upgrade credit, and cash-eligible affiliate earnings are separate balances with different uses. Mailing credits and advertising views are service units, cannot be withdrawn as money, and are not investments or deposits. Purchase commissions and referral read credits follow the Affiliate Terms. No earnings or advertising outcome is guaranteed.
Your content and acceptable use
You retain ownership of your creative material and grant us permission to store, review, format, and distribute it as needed to provide the requested advertising service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for your content and destination pages. Follow the Advertising Policy. Do not send spam, scrape member information, interfere with the service, bypass limits, exploit tracking, or submit illegal, deceptive, or harmful material.
Suspension and service changes
We may reject content, restrict features, or suspend accounts to investigate abuse, prevent harm, comply with law, or enforce these terms. We may make reasonable maintenance and security changes. Where practicable, we will explain an account restriction and provide a support route for review. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. If an issue prevents delivery of a paid service, contact us for a remedy under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Closing an account and disputes
You may stop using the service or request account closure through support. There is no recurring membership bill to cancel. Closure does not automatically issue a refund or erase records we must retain. Contact us about purchase problems, content decisions, or account restrictions. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or prevents you from using remedies available under applicable law.
Responsibility and updates
You are responsible for your use of the service and the claims made in your advertisements. We do not endorse member advertisements or control third-party sites. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for speculative advertising losses or indirect losses from use of the service. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material policy changes will be dated and communicated through the site or account email where appropriate; mandatory legal rights and existing purchase commitments remain protected.
