Purpose and audience
Safelist.Gold distributes member advertisements to eligible consenting members and displays approved creatives in member-area placements. Advertising purchases buy the described service units and tools, not guaranteed customers, income, search rankings, social followers, or unique visitors. Members may earn internal mailing credits for completed mail reads; this is an incentivized advertising audience.
Accurate and lawful advertising
Describe your offer honestly, identify material costs and conditions, and make sure the destination matches the advertisement. You must own or have permission to use the content, images, trademarks, and linked materials. Observe the laws that apply to your offer and audience. Include clear affiliate disclosures when relevant.
Prohibited content
We do not accept phishing, impersonation, malware, credential harvesting, executable payloads, deceptive redirects, spam services, stolen or infringing material, unlawful goods or services, hate or threats, sexual exploitation, adult sexual services, gambling offers, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, or misleading health, investment, or earnings claims. Do not advertise guaranteed profits, effortless income, fake testimonials, artificial social engagement, or offers that conceal a recurring charge.
Destination safety and creative rules
Destinations must be accessible and safe to inspect. Do not use forced downloads, browser-locking behavior, hidden redirects, scripts intended to escape a preview, unauthorized tracking, or pages that change into prohibited offers after review. Submit the format and size requested by the advertising tools. Do not use misleading system notices or make an advertisement appear to be an account warning from Safelist.Gold.
Consent and list protection
We manage delivery through our own recipient eligibility and suppression rules. You may not upload unsolicited recipient lists, extract member addresses, or contact members outside the authorized service without a separate lawful basis. An advertiser does not receive ownership of our member list. Unsubscribed, suppressed, and otherwise ineligible addresses are excluded according to service controls.
Review, scheduling, and measurement
Submission does not mean approval. We may reject a campaign, request corrections, pause delivery, or remove unsafe content. Approval is not an endorsement or a guarantee of legal compliance. Mailing credits fund recipient deliveries under the displayed rules; banner, text, and login placements use their own view balances. Availability, queue capacity, frequency controls, and recipient choices affect delivery. Counts do not guarantee unique people or meaningful attention.
Rejected or interrupted advertising
Rejected campaigns can be corrected and resubmitted. Unused reserved mailing credits are released under the campaign cancellation and rejection rules. Delivered service units are treated as used. You can request review of a moderation decision through support.
